Everyone wears (at least) a mask. Behind those masks are real people with real stories in which the pains and aches are well hidden. Getting to know a person is a dangerous game. You've got to let go of each other masks. Feel each other' pains. Only a person with a big heart can take all the pains. Only a person with a big heart can get to know many people. Only a person with a big heart surrounded by friends. And I don't have a big heart.
