If you are an internet addict, you should know that today is Schrodinger's birthday because Google celebrates it by using its Doodle. Honestly, I know nothing about him and his theories but limited understanding about his famous cat theory only . For you who haven't googled this Schrodinger cat, you should start. But for the sake of this writing, I will emphasize on this: his theory is that unless you open a filled-by-poison box, you won't know that the cat which was put inside the box is alive or dead. So, before you open it, the cat is either alive or dead. Two states at the same time. Pls cmiiw.
I find it a scary and disturbing idea. But at certain point, sometimes you are facing the situation of this dead or alive condition which require your decision to open the box. Often, I'll let it the way it is to comfort myself that if I don't open it, there's still a chance for things to keep alive. Yet unlike the famous cat, in life when you choose nothing, it usually means you choose the dead condition.
So, today I opened up one of the boxes. I took a life-or-death decision. I brace myself to see what is actually left for me there. I'll see if it is still alive. If it isn't then I have been prepared with courage to live with poor decision. Decision to open it too late or too soon. Decision to know that the result may not be pleasing.
People make poor decisions. I made them too. Some of them may impact other people's life and hurt them badly. For that, from the deepest part of my heart, I apologize. I feel terriblly sorry because I never meant to hurt anyone.
But the box needs to be opened today. I hope the cat is alive.
Let us brace ourselves to face the truth based on our decision. Decision to remove all doubts.
